1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Borealbit, the operator of Glypy and askglyph.com (“Glypy”). By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate information, protect browser sessions, Desktop tokens, and API keys, and promptly revoke credentials you suspect are compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and credentials.
3. Permitted use
You may use Glypy to create, analyze, store, and export design-related content for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You may integrate the API into your own products when you comply with documented scopes, rate limits, and attribution or usage requirements.
You may not use Glypy to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; bypass access, billing, safety, or rate controls; probe non-public systems; resell credentials; or interfere with other users.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, project materials, and other content you provide. You grant Glypy the limited rights needed to process, store, transmit, and display that content to operate the service.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for your projects. AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for trademark, copyright, accessibility, or regulatory use. You are responsible for review before publication or commercial deployment.
5. Plans, credits, and payments
- Subscription terms, included credits, taxes, and renewal timing are shown before checkout.
- Credits measure model and agent usage, are not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Successful operations may spend credits. Failed provider operations are eligible for automatic reservation refunds as recorded in the credit ledger.
- You can manage or cancel a web subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally applies at the end of the paid period unless checkout terms state otherwise.
- Except where law requires otherwise, completed usage and consumed credits are non-refundable.
6. Software and releases
Glypy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use official Desktop releases with your account. Beta releases may be unstable, change without notice, or lose data; keep appropriate backups.
7. Availability and changes
Features, models, limits, pricing, and integrations may change. Glypy may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or investigate misuse. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve access to stored customer content and provide notice for material changes when practical.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Glypy disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glypy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Glypy’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Glypy during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination and changes
You may stop using Glypy at any time. Glypy may terminate or suspend access for material breach, legal risk, abuse, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted to support@askglyph.com or through the official support channel shown in the product.
